About Us
Our Story
EPM LLC was founded on September 11, 2023, with a clear and purposeful mission: to help property owners manage the investment properties they purchased through us. What began as a commitment to our own clients quickly grew into a full-service property management company serving Enterprise, Alabama, and the greater Wiregrass region.
Our connection to the military community is deeply personal. Our owner is an active member of the military, and many members of our team are military members or military spouses. This firsthand experience gives us a unique understanding of the relocations, deployments, PCS moves, and changing circumstances military families navigate—and strengthens our commitment to supporting the service members and families who call the Wiregrass region home.
Who We Are
At EPM LLC, we are proud to serve as a leading property management and rental partner for property owners throughout Enterprise, Alabama and the surrounding Wiregrass communities. With deep local roots and extensive industry expertise, we are committed to helping property owners maximize their investment returns while providing residents with quality homes and exceptional service.
What Makes Us Different
We go beyond standard property management. We conduct quarterly property inspections to ensure every home is maintained to the highest standard, and we employ an in-house maintenance technician to deliver fast, reliable, and cost-effective repairs. This hands-on approach means our clients experience fewer vacancies, better-maintained properties, and greater peace of mind.
What We Do
Based in Enterprise, Alabama, we understand the unique dynamics of the local rental market and the broader Wiregrass region. Our team combines hands-on experience, proven management systems, and personalized attention to deliver professional property management solutions tailored to each client's needs. Whether we are managing single-family homes, multi-unit properties, or full investment portfolios, we provide reliable, transparent, and results-driven service built on trust and performance.
Our Mission
To empower property owners in the Wiregrass region with expert, attentive, and proactive property management so that every investment performs at its fullest potential.
